CAC certificate or business registration *

The certificate showing your RC or BN number. All four corners in the frame.

Director's ID *

Same ID type and number you entered above.

Photos of your farm *

At least two: the houses or pens, and your incubator if you have one. These are what we compare against when someone visits.

Proof the account is yours (optional but faster)

A bank statement, cheque book cover, or the account details page in your bank app. This is the check that most often holds applications up.

Two people who will vouch for you

Farmers or vets you have supplied. We call them.
